Bio: Cooley May is the Chief Executive Officer of C-MACC, a leading global research and consulting company that provides critical guidance and advice to a broad range of corporate and investing firms' executives. C-MACC’s products and services include a weekly “Hydrogen Economy” report analyzing power, ammonia, methanol, and hydrogen project developments. During the past decade, Cooley has actively covered every major publicly traded chemical company in North America and many in Europe and Asia in addition to other industrial, energy, and material industries. His expertise in bespoke work includes consulting for investor relations, public relations, M&A due diligence and execution, corporate strategy, new project appraisal, and crisis management. Before being integral in the formation of C-MACC, Cooley was Managing Director and Sector Head of US Basic Materials and Industrials Equity Research at Macquarie. He also served as a senior analyst specializing in the chemical and agriculture sectors, where he was named by the Wall Street Journal in 2013 as the Best on the Street for his coverage of Chemicals.
