Syensqo and Ardent have announced that they will be building upon two years of successful collaboration, with their new formalization of their strategic partnership.

This excellent partnership will focus on combining Syensqo's materials science expertise and industrial scale with Ardent's innovative membrane carbon capture and olefin-paraffin separation solutions. Along with this the partnership will include a licensing agreement and will effectively establish Syensqo as a strategic supply chain partner to Ardent.

Not only do these companies have an excellent partnership, but their relationship extends further than just the supply chain collaboration. During Ardent’s Series A funding round, Syensqo made a direct investment to the company, which highlighted strong confidence in the company’s technology, as well as their growth potential.

Now that this collaboration has been made, it will strengthen both of the companies’ positions within the energy transition landscape, which is currently changing and evolving very quickly and it will allow the companies to continue to evolve together. This means that Syensqo will be able to commit to support Ardent’s ambitious plans, along with the help of a supply of tailored materials.

Altogether, the primary focus of this strategic partnership, will be for the companies to focus on scaling up production capabilities, whilst also strengthening the supply chain infrastructure which is required in order to meet increasing market demand.
