Located in Northwestern Pennsylvania, Hydro-Pac manufactures industrial grade gas compressors for pressures up to 120,000 psi (3.5 to 828 MPa) and liquid pumps for pressures up to 200,000 psi (69 to 1,379 MPa). 

Since 1972 Hydro-Pac has manufactured thousands of high pressure units for a variety of worldwide applications.  These applications range from lab-scale testing to production manufacturing and include gas compressors for hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and other inert gases and liquid pumps for water, hydraulic oil and other liquids. 

Hydro-Pac manufactures industrial grade gas compressors for pressures from 500 to 120,000 psi (3.5 to 828 MPa) and frame sizes from 3 to 200HP (2.25 to 150 kW).  There are various inlet pressure ranges available for different models.  The minimum inlet pressure is 70 psig.

Standard compressors are electro-hydraulically driven intensifier type units that can operate with the following gases: Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Argon, Helium, CO2, Dry Air, Methane, Ethylene and other inert gases. 

For all compressors complete systems are available.  Options for systems can be customized to meet specific applications and requirements.  These systems can range from a simple on/off pressure control to a complete PLC based system with piping, valves and monitors.
